Gastronomic Tour
Day 1 – Saturday: CASABLANCA
Welcome at Mohamed V Airport. Assistance & transfer to Casablanca. Orientation tour of the economic capital of Morocco with outside visit of the highest mosque Hassan II.
Check in at the hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 2 -Sunday: CASABLANCA / RABAT (95 km)
Breakfast the hotel, cooking lessons with Chef Monceif
Menu:
Reception with Moroccan tea.
Variety of Moroccan salads (Kebdamchermla, Tchoukchouka).
Chicken Tajine with lemon and olives.
Supreme desert of oranges with cinnamon.
After lunch, departure to Rabat, the white imperial city and the administrative capital of the kingdom.
City tour of Rabat which includes the Mechouar (ramparts and walls surrounding the Royal Palace), the Oudaya Kasbah, the splendid Mohamed V mausoleum, the Hassan tower.
Dinner and accommodation at hotel
Day 3 – Monday: RABAT / MEKNES / FEZ (220 km)
Breakfast and departure to Meknes, where the old medina is surrounded by a triple thickness of 40 km walls and preserves the most beautiful gate of Morocco: the Bab Mansour. Visit of the Royal stables of Moulay Ismael, the Medina and the Jewish quarter. Optional lunch and continuation to Fez via Moulay Driss. Dinner and accommodation at hotel.
Day 4 – Tuesday: FEZ
After breakfast, brief tour of Fez before commencing cooking lessons in the heart of the medina from 10h00 to 14h00. The new school serves as your entry point to the secrets of Moroccan cuisine. Chefs express their pride in Moroccan culture through the traditional dishes they prepare, whether at this place or at home for their families. The team of chefs have gained their skills from their mothers and grandmothers. They’ll share with you the skills to prepare authentic Moroccan dishes as they’ve been prepared for generations!
Lunch and Afternoon devoted to the sightseeing of Fez, the most ancient of the Imperial cities founded in the 8th century by Moulay Idriss II. Visit of the medieval Medina with its Attarine and Bou Anania Medersas (religious Islamic universities), the Nejjarine fountain, the Moulay Idriss mausoleum, and the Karaouine Mosque.
Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 5 – Wednesday: FEZ/BENI MELLAL /MARRAKESH (445km)
Adaroch passing by farms of husbandry cows, through Mrirert and Khenifra.
Optional lunch and a moment of relaxation in BeniMellal, one of the agricultural centres of Morocco.
Day 6 – Thursday: MARRAKESH
Visit of historical Marrakesh: the Saadian tombs, the Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia Minaret. New cooking lesson and lunch in a riad in the medina of Marrakech:

Day 7 – Friday: MARRAKESH / CASABLANCA (220 km)
Breakfast and departure to a new cooking lesson in a farm in the suburbs of Marrakech “Ateliers Chef Tarik”. Welcome with Bio mint tea and a Moroccan tea workshop, Spices workshop. Ecologic visit of kitchen garden: Outdoor Kitchen workshop followed by a demonstration

Tomato and grilled pepper salad

Day 8 – Saturday: CASABLANCA / DEPARTURE
Transfer to the Mohammed V Airport, Departure with assistance formalities
Jour 1 – Samedi : CASABLANCA
Accueil à l’aéroport Mohammed V. Assistance et transfert à Casablanca. Circuit d’orientation dans la capitale économique du Maroc avec la visite extérieure de la plus haute mosquée, la mosquée Hassan II.
Enregistrement à l’hôtel, dîner et nuitée.
Jour 2 – Dimanche : CASABLANCA / RABAT (95 km)
Petit-déjeuner à l’hôtel,
leçons de cuisine avec le Chef
Menu :
Accueil avec un thé marocain.
Variétés de salades Salades marocaines (Kebdamchermla, Tchoukchouka)..
Tajine de poulet aux olives et citron.
Dessert, suprême d’oranges à la cannelle.
Après le déjeuner, départ pour Rabat, la ville impériale blanche et capitale administrative du Royaume. Visite guidée de Rabat qui comprend le Mechouar (remparts et murs entourant le Palais Royal), la Casbah Oudaya, le splendide Mausolée de Mohamed V et la Tour Hassan.

Jour 3 – Lundi : RABAT / MEKNES / FEZ (220 km)
Petit-déjeuner et départ vers Meknès, où la vieille médina est entourée de murs d’une triple épaisseur, qui font 40 km de long et qui conserve la plus belle porte du Maroc. Bab Mansour. Visite des écuries royales de Moulay Ismaël, de la Médina et du quartier juif. Déjeuner en option, et transfert vers Fez en passant par Moulay Idriss. Diner et nuitée à l’hôtel.
Jour 4 – Mardi : FEZ
Après le petit-déjeuner, circuit rapide de Fez avant de commencer les leçons de cuisine au cœur de la Médina de 10h à 14h. La nouvelle école vous sert de point de départ à la découverte des secrets de la cuisine marocaine. Les Chefs expriment leur fierté de la culture marocaine à travers les plats traditionnels qu’ils préparent, que ce soit dans l’école ou à la maison pour leurs familles. Les Chefs et leurs équipes ont acquis leurs connaissances de leurs mères et grands-mères. Ils partageront avec vous leurs compétences pour préparer des plats marocains authentiques tels qu’ils ont été préparés pendant des générations !
Déjeuner et après-midi consacrés à la visite de Fès, la plus ancienne des villes impériales fondée au 8ème siècle par Moulay Idriss II. Visite de la médina médiévale avec ses Médersas, Attarine et Bou Inania (universités religieuses islamiques), la fontaine Nejjarine, le mausolée Moulay Idriss et la mosquée Karaouine.
Dîner et nuitée à l’hôtel.
Jour 5 -Mercredi : FEZ / BENI MELLAL / MARRAKECH (445km)
Adaroch en passant par les fermes d’élevage de vaches, par Mrirert et Khenifra.
Déjeuner en option et moment de détente à Beni Mellal, un des centres agricoles du Maroc .
Jour 6 – Jeudi : MARRAKECH
Visite de la partie historique de Marrakech : les tombeaux Saadiens, le Palais de Bahia, le minaret de Koutoubia. Cours de nouvelle cuisine et déjeuner dans un riad de la médina de Marrakech :

Jour 7 – Vendredi : MARRAKECH / CASABLANCA (220 km)
Petit-déjeuner et départ pour un nouveau cours de cuisine dans une ferme de la banlieue de Marrakech « Les Ateliers du chef Tarik ». Accueil avec du thé bio à la menthe atelier de thé marocain, et atelier sur les épices. Visite écologique du potager ; atelier de cuisine en plein air suivi d’une dégustation

Salade de poivrons grillés et de tomates
Salade Zaalouk d’aubergines
Banane frite à la marocaine.

Jour 8 – Samedi : CASABLANCA / Retour
Transfert vers l’aéroport Mohammed V, aide pour les formalités de départ.
